we paint, design and restyle. 

Painting furniture is our main source of enjoyment.  We also do simple recovering with fun fabrics.  Accumulating the furniture is the trick and then the magic begins.  Deciding colors, fabric choices, and themes is all part of the fun.  We try to find pieces that are 'free to reasonable'.  Auctions, garage sales, estate sales, clean-up days and freebies or pieces that are bartered for services are ways that we acquire our stash.

As we find our groove and get beyond the re-startup phase of this venture, we will work on creating more artistic things.  Both of us love art and all that is artistic.  The opportunities for creation are limited only by the hours in our days.

Color is a huge part of our lives, and we hope to share that love with as many people as possible.

We have our furniture sales on a limited basis to generate interest.  Similar sales are held this way in the Minneapolis area and people are aware that they need to shop early if they want to see everything available.  Most items are very unique and it is anyone's guess what will be offered.  One of our mottos is:  I should have bought it when I saw it.  It is very appropriate for the one-of-a-kind buys.

The time between sales also allows for the creation and restocking of pieces.

Our coffeehoue hours(6-11am) are conducive to working on non-coffee things.
